Data Privacy 

All data at the individual record level obtained or acquired by Collective Strategies shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed or provided to any person who is not an employee of Collective Strategies or to any person who has not signed a Data Confidentiality Agreement. In addition:
 
  1. No attempt shall be made to identify any individual contained in received data files.
  2. No aggregate data from such records shall be reported or published without written permission of Client.
  3. All data at the individual record level on computer tape, cartridge, disk, CD-ROM, other computerized storage media, or in hard copy shall be archived on secured password protected external hard drives and stored in an on site safe.
  4. All data on the computer hard drive shall be password protected
  5. A fully active and secure firewall is utilized to protect from data breaches.
  6. Any breach or suspected breach of data confidentiality shall be reported immediately to Client.
  7. Data will only be released to other companies as instructed by client in written form along with signature and date.
Collective Strategies will be held liable for any legal ramifications that arise from intentional violation of the above.
